What does an Odoo implementation include?

Odoo implementation turns business processes into configured modules, master data, user roles, integrations and tested workflows. Installing software is only one step. Yudaro scopes consulting, configuration, migration, training and launch support around the operation, including accounting, ecommerce, POS and existing specialist systems.

Who benefits from a connected ERP?

Growing operators often need ERP when separate spreadsheets and applications no longer agree on products, orders, inventory or commitments. Distribution, manufacturing, retail, restaurants, construction and field service have different requirements. If a single accounting tool already meets the need, a full ERP rollout may add unnecessary work.

Business questionERP foundationAcceptance example
What can we promise a customer?Products, pricing, sales and stockA tested order uses the correct price and quantity
What should we purchase?Suppliers, lead times and replenishmentA buyer reviews demand and approves a purchase
What was delivered and billed?Fulfillment and accountingAn order reconciles through delivery and invoice

What does implementation look like?

Map current work with the people who perform it. Fit standard modules to requirements before proposing customization. Migrate a representative sample, then run end-to-end user acceptance testing. Controlled cutover includes opening balances, stock reconciliation, role training, fallback decisions and a named support owner.

  • Discovery and process mapping with success measures.
  • Configuration, integration design and data ownership.
  • Trial migration, reconciliation and exception tests.
  • Role-based training, cutover review and support.

How much does implementation cost?

Published Yudaro planning levels are ERP Core from $5,000, ERP Operations from $11,250 and ERP Enterprise from $21,250. The final proposal reflects users, entities, migration, workflows and integrations. Software subscriptions, dedicated hardware and third-party services are separate when needed. Odoo license pricing is distinct from Yudaro implementation services.

Timing, preparation and ongoing support

A focused rollout may take weeks; multi-company, manufacturing or substantial migration can take months. Discovery produces a plan tied to acceptance gates. Bring sample product, customer and supplier records, transaction volumes, reports and approval rules. Name owners who can make process decisions. Test upgrades against critical workflows and track stock accuracy, cycle time, reconciliation differences and adoption.

Corporate Culture Intelligence

Connect operational records with approved decision principles: a stock exception or margin question can draw on current ERP context and company policy. Yudaro scopes role permissions, reviewed feedback and human approval within Private AI + ERP transformation.

Restaurant POS and ERP are separate purchases

The $899 + tax Restaurant POS Package covers front-of-house hardware and POS setup. $29.99/user/month is POS Support & Platform Service only. Restaurant ERP implementation is not included. The separate Restaurant ERP Implementation Package costs $5,000 one-time plus $300/month for ERP Management, Maintenance & Support for up to 5 users, according to agreed implementation scope. Additional customization may be quoted separately. Private AI + Automation has custom pricing and separate scope.
