Your best thinking should not depend on who is in the room
Company culture often lives in an owner’s experience, managers’ judgment, informal conversations, scattered documents and long-term employees’ memories. New employees may receive different answers from different departments. When experienced people leave, their practical knowledge can leave with them.
A company-aligned knowledge layer
Yudaro’s Corporate Culture Intelligence methodology connects approved company knowledge, operating procedures, leadership guidance, structured employee feedback and permissioned ERP information within Private AI and ERP Business Transformation. Your company already has a culture. Yudaro helps capture it, strengthen it, and make it available at the moment every employee needs guidance.
- Capture approved decisions, service standards, training materials and departmental terminology.
- Keep knowledge owners accountable for review, correction and retirement.
- Provide role-appropriate guidance grounded in approved sources; cite those sources when available.
- Treat ERP transactions separately: guidance does not itself authorize a change to business records.
The same values. Guidance for each role.
Illustrative questions combine approved policy, past experience, role permissions and leadership principles. Answers depend on the sources and controls implemented for your organization.
| Department | A practical question |
|---|---|
| Sales | How should we respond when a long-term customer requests a price below our approved margin? |
| Operations | What should we do when an urgent order conflicts with the normal delivery schedule? |
| Customer Service | How does our company prefer complaints to be acknowledged and escalated? |
| Human Resources | How should a new employee handle a situation that conflicts with company values? |
| Purchasing | When should we prioritize supplier reliability over the lowest price? |
| Management | What approach has our company used successfully in similar situations? |
Built on trust and human oversight
We scope these controls as part of the implementation, then configure and test them before launch. This is a service methodology, not a claim that every deployment already includes every capability.
- Private deployment options: assess local or controlled infrastructure, data flows and sensitive-data protection.
- Role-based access: test document, department and ERP permissions for each role.
- Administrative approval: administrators choose what may become organizational knowledge; sensitive conversations can be excluded.
- Source attribution: link important guidance to approved internal sources when available and escalate unsupported answers.
- Knowledge lifecycle: assign owners, version changes, set review or expiration dates, and support correction or retirement.
- Feedback review and audit history: record authorized approvals and changes according to the agreed retention policy.
- Human oversight: AI supports management judgment. Leadership can update policies, values and preferred practices as a healthy culture evolves.
Preserve experience. Make daily work more consistent.
The intended outcomes are practical: faster onboarding, fewer repeated questions to managers, more consistent service and better coordination across departments. Establish a baseline and evaluate the pilot before expanding.
- Preserve institutional knowledge and reduce reliance on individual memory.
- Give teams faster access to approved procedures and training guidance.
- Align everyday decisions with current company values and operating priorities.
- Scale access to leadership knowledge through reviewed feedback and approved updates.
Questions before you start
Does Corporate AI automatically learn from every conversation?
No. Yudaro’s approach learns from governed feedback and approved organizational knowledge. Administrators control eligible information, sensitive conversations can be excluded, and authorized people approve changes before they become shared guidance.
Does this require retraining a model?
Not necessarily. Approved source updates, retrieval configuration and reviewed guidance can improve answers without training on employee conversations. The appropriate approach is agreed during implementation.
Can different departments see different information?
Yes, role-appropriate access is an implementation requirement. Source permissions and ERP access must be configured and tested; leadership principles can be shared without exposing restricted records.
